In a nutshell:
1)Don’t watch tv – web it, divo it, only watch what you are really interested in
2)Don’t read spam (use a spam filter) and don’t waste time on meaningless surfing (youtube)
3)”Read” the newspaper while exercising (podcasts!)
4)Work when others don’t (ok, I do agree with this one as I have found if I work earlier or later, I am definitely more productive)
5)Manage your commute: Telecommute, public transportation, etc.
Okay, I do most of that already except I don’t listen to books/news when I exercise.
So, how do I get another 5 hours? ‘Coz I still need them. 😉
